Ludwigsburg/Balingen. Champions League participant HBW Balingen-Weilstetten takes over the license from the insolvent handball Bundesliga club HBW Ludwigsburg-Oßweil. This was announced by the Swabians on Thursday. The license had been put up for auction by the insolvency administrator.
